OFFICE mha is a design and research practice operating across a variety of scales and contexts. With a belief that both ‘thinking’ and ‘making’ are integral to architectural inquiry OFFICE mha engages in academic research as well as projects ranging from installations to the urban scale. Architecture is a material as well as a cultural practice, in which intent and technique constantly inform each other. At this intersection the firms work is interested in conceptual rigor within material refinement, making a claim for a sustained intellectual potency of architectural form. OFFICE mha is headed by Martin Hättasch and draws on an extended network of friends and collaborators, and consultants in Europe and the United States.
